Buy Box issue

Dear Amazon,

There is critical problem with one of listing. Buy Box of my listing is not visible on front end. Some of my competitors are selling with price higher than me but still my buy box is suppressed.

Please check what is the issue here and solve my problem at earliest.

just wanted to check in with you to see if you still need some assistance with figuring out why some of your listings are no longer eligible to be the featured offer?

If you have a Selling Partner Support case ID, I can begin investigating the issue more thoroughly.
