We have been successfully selling on Amazon for over 10 years. However, today we encountered an issue with one of our new items. Amazon has stated that we require approval to sell in this particular category. Unfortunately, when we attempt to apply for approval, we receive a notification stating, "You are not approved to list this product, and we are not accepting applications at this time."

Given our extensive experience and existing presence in this category, we are perplexed by this obstacle that is preventing us from proceeding further. We kindly request clarification and assistance in resolving this matter.
