I made a removal order and Amazon cancelled and disposed of 150 units

Hi everyone. Just wondering if others have been facing the same challenges as I have been. I made a removal order for 448 units. Amazon proceeded to cancel 150 of these units and dispose of them without my approval. I then reached out to support to find out why these units were disposed. The units were also listed as disposed of on my inventory ledger. I got confirmation from support that they were disposed of and that I qualified for reimbursement. I have proof of all of this. After I sent in the information needed for reimbursement, I got an update to my case asking for the removal ID again. I gave it to them and all of a sudden they say that none of my units were disposed. It is like they appeared out of thin air! I checked my inventory ledger and sure enough these "disposed" of units were back on there and not disposed of. I feel as if Amazon tried to steal my products because if I had not pushed them so hard this case would've just went away and Amazon would have gotten to keep 150 of my units. But of course now Amazon wants to charge me a bunch of money to ship my units back.

Has anybody else run into similar problems? I am furious with Amazon right now and feel as if they are a scam business.
