Trademark Number not Working for Brand Registry

So I have a pending trademark with USPTO for our brand (pending for a few weeks now). I know we're supposed to be able to use that pending trademark number to register for brand registry, however when I enter the number, amazon is telling me that the number doesn't exist/isn't valid. Has anybody else had this issue?

I know we're supposed to be able to use that pending trademark number to register for brand registry, however when I enter the number, amazon is telling me that the number doesn't exist/isn't valid. Another seller was experiencing the same issue so I'm posting my response over here:

Thank you for reaching out! I do know the the USPTO site was having some issues earlier this week so this might be the reason you're running into issues. I would give it a couple days and if you're still having trouble on Monday, please let me know!
