Identity Verification 3rd Party
So my FBA is stranded due to a error from what I can understand with the business info incorrect phone number and home address in stead of a business address all documents were correct and the phone number must be from a very long time ago I dont know it. Been running around for days as I am unable to update this info.
Just got a email saying go to a third party site for verification dont give out Amazon details but it seems there happy for you to flash your passport and driving licence no one at Amazon can tell me if its a scam.

The email may be a scam. I make it a rule not to click on links in emails. Is there a notification in your seller central?
You can forward the email to stop-spoofing@amazon.com

Also, if you doubt the authenticity of an email, I suggest you should reach out to AHS team. They can verify whether that email genuinely originated from Amazon or if it's a potential phishing attempt.
