Product Title Change - Seller Support claims title will be changed in 48 hours but it never changes
I opened multiple tickets, each time the support agent said the product title will be changed in 48 hours. It never happens.
Also, they expect me to check again after 48 hours ( as if I have nothing better to do) and then I can only reply to the ticket for 96 hours after that it gets forever closed.
