Customers may require a VAT invoice especially if they are buying for a business etc or may want an invoice for their own record.
Simply upload an invoice containing;
- The product
- Cost
- VAT if applicable
- Purchase order number if applicable
- Your business name and address
- Bill to information
- Ship to information
If you are not VAT registered, I would suggest writing a note at the bottom of the invoice stating you are not and this invoice is simply a proof of payment.
There are also plenty of free invoice generators online if you have a look for those if that is easier for you.
You may also want to consider enrolling in the Amazon Vat service which generates invoices automatically for customers if requested without you doing anything; Enroll in the VAT Calculation Service
