Why is Amazon giving false deliver by dates? I created a shipping template that specifically set up for me to only use UPS ground for my larger/heavier item shipments. Why are they promising delivered by times that can't be fulfilled by ground services? Shipping out with the expedited services will be too much. Is there any other way to change it? For example I am based in CA and to ship a item to the East coast via ground will take 7-10 business days but Amazon is promising 3-5 business days.
