variation split by system

Hi,

I'm experiencing serious issue with one of my listings, and I need help.

I opened several cases before (e.g. case ID 17287940001) but the issue just came back almost once every 1 or 2 weeks.

One of my child listing gets separated from its parent listings on amazon page, but in Manage All Inventory, everything looks fine—parent-child relationships appear intact. I didn't change anything about the product, and have no idea why this happens to a single listing.

I contacted Seller Support multiple times, listing did go back to varation listings after internal team investigated the issue and said no there is no problem with the product. But after several days, it became independent again ( however in inventory variation relationship is still there).

I tried to ask seller support why this happens, and what's wrong with my listing, but they are unable to provide anything.

The consistent separating situation has caused sales decrease for this group of products.

I need someone help to contact internal team or whatever, just to prevent the same thing happens next time.

Please can anyone help. Thank you!

Hi there,

Wish I could help with this issue, but wanted to acknowledge I’m having the exact same problems with my listings in the footwear category. Happened as of yesterday to around 500 child ASINs. Some child listings are now orphaned and standalone, while others were placed incorrectly onto other (now bloated) unrelated parent listings. Since I am not the brand owner nobody can help me and it’s a constant runaround. Same issue happened in November and listings mostly fixed themselves, hence why I believe a bot is doing this. Best

Thanks for reaching out. I have confirmed that your ASIN is in the variation and as it's not currently separated, I am unable to investigate why this has happened. I am not seeing anything that should be causing this to separate, however, if this happens again in the future, be sure to let us know so we can take a look.
