Seller Support Is Fake Support
Hi Everyone,
Am I the only one who feels that Amazon Seller Support is completely useless? I often get the impression that I’m talking to something far below even the earliest versions of AI chatbots. Zero understanding, zero problem-solving, and every action ends with creating tickets for the internal team, which takes ages, and then there’s no resolution.
Is it just me, or do you experience this too? Below is a link to a humorous video showing how it works. The only difference is, the video is a joke, but on Amazon, it’s reality.
