Safe t claim denied for buyer claiming item not delivered

discussion.a few weeks ago as ive been fighting the safe t claim alot, was a refund request stating item not delivered. It was a fairly decent sized order around 55$ or so. Buyer claims item not delivered but upon looking at tracking it had been delivered a few days prior. I even went ahead and went to ups site and got deliver proof which included a photo of the front porch of the home. Showing it was delivered. I filed a safe t claim and was denied for "non returnable item". Like im not looking for a return im looking for me to get my money back when she clearly got her order.

112-5649550-1797848 this is the order number if someone could explain why this keeps happening everytime I file a safe t claim and provide proof thanks.

I was able to review the specifics of this claim and order, and wanted to let you know I did submit an escalation to the owning team to request some further review of this claim decision. While it may take several business days, I'll be sure to tag you in this thread when I am made aware that their investigation is complete!
