Account block--VAT address mismatch business address
My account was block on 21/12/2023,and Amazon require me creat the removal order before 01/01/2024. I have only 5 working days to appeal my account.
Why my account was block?
IBA support team inform me, the vat address dismatch our business address.I submitted the certificate 's address (tax agent's address). I contacted the IBA and kyc-iba team many times and correct the VRN address,but still no reponse.
Will Amazon resolve my issue and re-active my seller account before 01/01/2024?

If you document addresses do not match amazon will not allow this at all
All docs and people have to marry up, this is amazons way
