Generating end of day report

I’m having issues generating end of day form, how can i print this as I don’t want the collection to be refused

You should just be able to go to orders - order reports - end of day forms - generate

Same with us, end of day form is stuck on “In progress” .
Our RM collection for the day has already been but said they can still process it.

Me too. I opened another thread before I saw yours.
Still “In Progress” now after 30 minutes. The mail guy went without it.
I’m opening a case - to make sure this is logged in case of any come back re today’s orders.

We had the same problem, stuck as In Progress. If you search for Royal Mail Emergency Manifest, you can print of a manifest and manually enter your RM account details and list the items that have been sent under each category (Letter, Parcel for each service etc). That should avoid the ‘no manifest’ fine problem.

I had all duplicated invoices dealt with by Royal Mail yesterday, they have issued adjustment invoices for all of them which removes the overpayment from our next monthly invoice, so all good.

That link I posted really does work, but it MUST be used within 24 hours of the issue.
