Account Is at Risk of deactivation
Hello,
My account is at risk of deactivation. The story goes that previously I had another amazon seller account it wan't going the best but that one got deactivated and whenever I tried to reactivate it and click on the 'reactivate' button it wouldn't give me the option to change my business legal entity which is the main reason of deactivation. I tried several times to contact an agent but nothing worked so I just left it and thought maybe they might just shut down the account themselves. this was a few months back. Fast forward to now I created another account thinking nothing of it this time I took it a bit more serious and legally registered my business in the UK and USA. All was going well and I was hitting good sales and a couple of days before I got an email saying my account has been deactivated because of the other previous account. They've asked me to deactivate that previous account so I can reactivate this one. If It isn't giving me the option to reactivate my other account then I can't reactivate this one. I have tried many times to contact an agent but nothings working could someone please help me.

You will need to reactivate the first one and change it to your business then close the newest one.
On the old account you need to contact support and ask them to open the option to change your legal entity and go from there

With all the above information that you have posted I understand that you need help in getting your account reactivated. It seems like your account has been deactivated as the team has identified that it is linked to another account. There can be multiple reasons for your account being linked to another account.
In order to reactivate your current account you need to first reactivate the other account by following the instructions in the Performance Notification that you received for that account.
