Does anyone know how to dispute incorrect FedEx adjustment charges?
FedEx probably took about $300 of adjustment charges within the past month on items that are either a pound or less than a pound. They say on the adjustment that it weighs 2 or 4 pounds. Which is very untrue.
Another thing they took out is $18 and $32 on an item that weighs less than a pound.. They entered the weight as 22 pounds and 44 pounds. Is the person working at FedEx okay? This is very ridiculous.

Hi @Seller_J1iIXA3Q5UHpc,
The FedEx help page (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G201276510) states you should contact FedEx directly to dispute shipping charges. You can find the phone number on that help page.
Before calling FedEx, you might want to gather the details of these incorrect charges. You can find them by following these steps from the carrier adjustments help page (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/GD5FDC7MGAZMWTA4):
- Go to Payments > Transaction View
- Filter for "Shipping services purchased through Amazon"
- Search for "Adjustment" in the Product Details column
- Click the amount in the Total column
This will show you the exact weights and dimensions FedEx is claiming, which should help support your case when disputing these charges.
Hope this helps get those incorrect charges sorted out! Let us know how it goes.
