WHAT'S going on? Charged with Late Shipping when I shipped correctly.
Out of nowhere, I was charged with a Late Shipment yesterday on an order that was made on Tuesday, September 3, at 7 pm. I accessed the item at 10 am yesterday, September 5, to print out the shipping page and all was normal - two day shipping like I have always had. I went to Confirm Shipment yesterday, September 5, at 6 pm and found two bands across my confirmation page showing "Late Shipment" and stating if I didn't ship before September 15, the order would automatically be cancelled.
I checked my Amazon Shipping Settings - under "One Day Shipping" the answer is NO.
This morning, my Health Page shows Late Shipping for this item.
