SIPP Nightmare!!
We have several products that we unenrolled in SIPP (these were auto enrolled) as we sell gift items but Amazon.com shows that it is shipped in product packaging. Customers are getting the items that they were planning to gift with labels slapped on it. We are getting lots of complaints but is there ever a way to resolve this with Amazon? How can we resolve this
Do they ever think about taking feedback from sellers from whom they charge arm and leg before implementing any of these ridiculous changes? As a customer also, I don't like when they slap a label on a shirt bag and it is lying at my front door for everyone to view.
