1. Publishing Error in Printify and 2. child variants been listed as seperate products
I am having 2 issues.
1 is that I get a publishing error "Sorry, we couldn’t publish this product. Please try again later or get in touch with support if the issue reoccurs." showing up on Printify but the product is showing up in Amazon. What's with that and how do i make it not do that?
2 is that I sync a product with variants from Printify to Amazon and in Amazon some of the variants show up within the parent product but others show up as separate products. When I go to my Amazon shop www.amazon.com/shops/rakelmacc it looks awful with so many "same' products cluttering my shop. If I were a buyer, I would not shop there!! Why does this happen and how do I fix it.
I've been on these 2 issues for the last couple of days and all I can find is other people with the same issues but no fix anywhere to be seen.
Please help. Particularly issue 2 as this looks just awful.

Hello, I’m having the same issues!! I’ve been working with Printify for over a week on it and still no resolution. Have you been able to get any solutions?

In general I would recommend you reach out to Printify to resolve the issues with that service. Regarding your ASINs that are in broken variations, you should be able to combine them using the Variation Wizard. If you have difficulties with your variation please let me know here with your Case ID. Thank you for your understanding.
