Can't receive otp code

I can’t receive an opt code. I tried since yesterday but it doesn’t work. Also from other browsers. I wrote a case but when Amazon answers I can’t answer back because it’s a case in seller central so no one can reply me back. I really need your help I’m loosing money and need some important information. It’s not the problem with my account phone bacause I get sms from other companies and also from Amazon on other cases but not for the otp on my seller central account

If YOU created that seller account you are the "Primary account manager" and owner of the Primary account manager email. In this case you can install an Authenticator app on your phone or on your laptop or on your tablet. Take 2-3 hours, read and understand following thread. No, you do NOT need to log in your seller account to install the Authenticator.
