OTP problem
Hello Amazon support,
It's been almost a week since I couldn't get into my account, because the OTP is not being sent to me.
Every time I try to ask for an OTP, the system immediately says I tried to get too many OTPs today. Even when it is the first time that I have asked that day.
I talked to many support agents, but no actual solution.
It's clearly a technical malfunction on Amazon's end.
Please help me solve this issue urgently

I see you reached out to support for this already, did you try having your code sent to your back-up device by clicking “Didn’t receive the code?” on the bottom of the page, where you normally enter your authentication code and select your back-up device.
Since the OTP gives you an error that was sent too many times you have to wait 24 hours before a new code can retried.

the same happened to me they do not have alternative logging and we can NOT work if for example the phone broke as me

I am asking Amazon why your program do not realize ….what happen when your phone LOST or BROKE, my new phone will arrive in 3 days and in 3 days my account will reflect a bad health because I can’t not ship items if I can not log in my seller central
