Have you gone through Seller University? All the information you need is there. New Sellers usually have to wait on average a month to s any funds released.

If you are referring to the fee, you are also eligible for a one-time refund of subscription fee that will be charged to your account soon after the completion of registration process. You are only eligible for that one-off refund if you have not used any professional tools or benefits within 90 days
Once you have finished setting up your account, downgrade your account to the Individual selling plan by following the steps outlined in this help page. After completing this step, contact us Seller Supportrequesting reimbursement of the Professional selling fee of $39.99.
