If you are at risk rather than deactivated then you must make no more mistakes going forward.

Fix whatever made you cancel orders.

Do not list anything for sale that you do not actually have in possession.

I do see the most recent performance notification sent to you on 12/3/2024 with communication to you about recent seller-cancelled orders and any next steps you may need to take.

I won't have anything to share outside of what was provided in that notification, but I am not seeing your account at risk of deactivation from what I can tell.

The question only you can answer is.... Why are you canceling orders?

The cancellation rate is only based on the past 7 days sales. So before you cancel, always check to see how it will affect your metrics. If it will cause a problem, buy the product from a trusted Amazon seller and have them ship it for you.

Now with that said, your best solution is to significantly increase your weekly sales to the point that you can cancel 5 or 6 and it will have no effect on your account. More than likely, on a subconscious level, this is what Amazon is encouraging sellers to do.

I also get the note in my dashboard. do not cancel, the % will go back up. take it easy.
