Ship from Address not showing on Buy Shipping
I have one ship-from address on file with Amazon, as I have one warehouse. Tonight, when attempting to print a shipping label on an order, I am told to Add a new ship-from address as Amazon does not have one on file. They do have my correct ship-from address on file, as I verified this under their new "locations" tab under the Shipping Settings section of the site. My ship-from address shows active. My guess is there is an 'glitch' due to the creation of this new locations tab. Does anyone have advise on this? I cannot currently purchase labels on Amazon. I spoke with seller support and they told me to add the address on the order screen, but an error occurs when attempting to do this. I was not given a case number, but was told that a case is being created.

You are not the only seller to whom this is happening. Search, and you should find others. ( Sorry, I don't have a link )

Thanks for checking in about issues with that shipping address not being recognized.
As @Seller_keSnEDesLFVwv mentioned some other sellers have raised this issue and we escalated it to our partner team.
Package size in metric/no shipping address on file??
You can follow the above thread for updates, but if you do have a Case ID and can provide it, that would also be helpful.

Go to the locations tab and enter create a new location. It can be the same as an old location, just give it a different name.
