AtoZ claim
I was assessed an A to Z claim for an order. The customer was not available for delivery. A note was left for customer to make arrangements for redelivery or pickup. The customer gets refunded, and I get penalized. I submitted an appeal, which was denied. Instead of overturning the AtoA claim, they falsy said I didn't ship the order out in time. I ship out my orders same day. Even the tracking number shows when the item was received by Fedex.
