I am writing to express concern regarding the significant delays in processing trailers and replenishments at the IUSL warehouse.
Recent Delays: In February and March, trailers were received, processed, and closed on the same day of appointment. However, it has been over 10 days since we delivered a trailer to the IUSL warehouse, and the status has not updated.
Replenishment Delays: As of May 1, all shipments from AWD to FBA remain stuck in "Shipped" status without transitioning to "In Transit."
Seasonal Sales Impact: As a seasonal seller who makes 80% of sales between April and July, these delays are extremely concerning. Last year, a trailer delivered on June 30 remained in the same status until July 20, which significantly impacted our replenishment process.
Request for Improvement: We request that Amazon prioritize optimizing trailer processing and replenishments to prevent further delays, especially during high-demand periods like spring holidays and Prime Day. Please allocate additional capacity and resources during these busy times.
