SHIPMENT DELAYED / the received quantities is 0/ case pending for 3 weeks
My shipment Checked in and Received on February 10, 2025,then in transfer over one month but the quantities is 0 , then the shippment closed on March 1, 2025. I requested an investigation on March 2, 2025. My investigation case without any news, it has been 3 weeks without any reply, This is ridiculous!! I open 3 cases but no rely at all, always pending. Do anyone can help me to find the missing items or speed up the process.
