My seller account has been deactivated due to ID Verification
My seller account has been deactivated due to ID Verification, i am submitting all of my papers in several times , but still now not activated, amazon said we could not verify your account due to outstanding documents, but amazon does not say outstanding documents list , at this moment what can i do ? please let me know

The only way to reinstate your account now is to submit new evidence proving that the enforcement decision was made in error.
