My brand has been tampered with by someone, seeking the brand team and seller team
My brand has been tampered with, and seeking help from the brand team and seller team is only evasive and cannot provide good assistance. Therefore, I went to the forum to seek better help, hoping that someone can help me solve the problem of brand tampering

If you took a UPC from GS1 when CREATING your listing you can proove to Amazon that YOU are the owner of this brand and that this specific UPC belongs to your brand. Sometimes we see the UPC on the listing in the catalogue. If not, Amazon can see with WHICH UPC this listing has been created.

Hi @Seller_GprtMY6FoiDJ4
My name is Sandy from the Community Manager team.
I looked at the ASIN history and also see that you are registered from Brand Registry. I have escalated your case to internal teams to review. Please allow 5-10 business days for them to respond.
Thank you for your patience,
Sandy

Additionally, I do have some follow up questions on just the connections of the ASIN to your brand.
I see that your trademark is for: Depilation appliances, electric and non-electric..etc.. It doesn't state anything under supplements. Additionally, the images on the PDP does not show your brand name as well.
This will make things harder to see the connection of the ASIN to your current brand.
If you are approved to sell under the Health and Personal care category, you will need to make sure the ASIN is connected to a valid trademark for supplements to maintain a reliable shopping experience.
I will coma back with updates after speaking to internal teams, but I wanted to give you some potential suggestions to your branding and listing.
