How to send replacement unit - customer disposes of faulty item
Hi All! I want to send my customer a replacement item. We have communicated several times via Seller Central, and rather than send parts, I want to replace the item. How do I go about doing this as we are relatively new to Amazon, and I've never had to do this before? The only option I see in Manage Orders, is to refund, I cant see where I can request to send a free replacement. Thanks in advance.

The buyer has to request a replacement. Or you can refund and have them place a new order.

Buyers will only be offered a replacement if the original item is available and in-stock in your Seller Central account at the time of the return request. If no inventory is available, buyers will only have the option to return the item for a refund. Please advise if you have the product in-stock for a replacement.
