GTIN Exemption issue. Help Please!

Hi, I had a GTIN exemption from last year and never had any issues listing new products. However now it's asking for a GTIN exemption again even though it was already approved. When I try to reapply I get stuck in a loop and can't list my product.

Any mods who can help would be greatly appreciated! Case ID 17161196541 for reference.
