Safe-T claim denied for order returned with reason Didn't approve purchase
The customer returned the item under the reason code: Didn't approve purchase without any buyer comments. We filed the Safe-T claim to get the return shipping fee back after receiving the return shipment in our facility. However, the claim got denied despite we tried to appeal for the original decision. And seller support agents only tell us to appeal and wait. Can anyone look into this for us?
