Sending FCL Shipments to US -Amazon FC via 3rd party ocean freight
Hi,
The country we source a particular product is not covered by Amazon Global Logistics / AGL (basically not China nor India). So we will be using a 3rd party shipping line to send a 20ft container (FCL).
On Seller Central, when we tried to create this FCL shipment, we do not see an option to do that. We have even set the 'Ship From' address to this country.
All we are presented is with either SPD (small parcel delivery) and LTL/FTL. No FCL option to choose from.
Contacted seller support. They keep asking for error codes and screenshots where there is none. Its just we do not see the FCL option within the shipment creation process and we need FCL. Are sellers no longer allowed to send FCL to Amazon outside of AGL?

You can try to contact offline customer service to see if you can replace the seller to place a full container of goods to receive and deliver the option
