Listing Not Eligible for BuyBox (10 months)

We have tried to get the listing to be eligible for a BuyBox but to no avail. We have lowered the price, checked the listings details, and followed different recommendations from seller support, but they mostly just tell us "we can't tell you the internal reason why your listing doesn't have a buybox "
Does anyone have a guide or resource that can steer us in the right direction to checking for ALL of the reasons why an individual listing might not be eligible for a buybox?
The listings are all FBM. Would sending 1 unit to Amazon FBA possibly unlock the BuyBox for our listing?

How about sales in the office category?
Buy box is evaluated for each category, you may earn it in one and not have it in another.
Consider advertising outside of Amazon. If you use a direct link through your store, it will show a buy box, or you can send people to a category, or your whole store....
