Shafter, CA DC - Lost $13k of Inventory. Shipments delivered but then closed with 0 items checked in.

We have 3 FBA shipments to the Shafter Facility that have been delivered but closed with 0 inventory. What is the problem with this facility and is there an escalation process outside of the normal case process we can utlize to resolve since there is clearly an issue with this DC based on the many threads we've read about other jewelry sellers experiencing the same issue?

Just to confirm, have you requested an investigation via the Contents tab of your shipments? If you haven't done so already, I would highly recommend doing so now. For more information on requesting an investigation, please read through this help page.

If this is not resolved after that investigation, please send me your shipment IDs and your case IDs for your shipments. I'd be happy to take a look to see how I can help further!
