20 Units Stuck in FC processing for over 30 days
20 units of one of my big items that i sell on FBA has been stuck in FC processing for around 40 days.
Told seller support multiple times past month and get the same response that you should 'wait 4-5 days and it will move to available to purchase inventory', never happens and I'm completely frustrated by the whole experience. Seller support just aggravates me with the same response and I hope Amazon does something about it...
Does anyone have any advice on what to do other than speak to seller support?
