Seller Central says I was reimbursed. But I never received payment.
The FBA Returns page of Seller Central says that we were reimbursed for this product.
But if I click on "View report" it shows that there have been zero reimbursements for this order.
It looks like we still need to be reimbursed for this. I reached out to Seller Support and they keep sending me the same copy/pasted response about not being able to request a reimbursement after 60 days.
I don't see how the 60 day thing applies when Seller Central already shows that we should be reimbursed. The reimbursement was already approved. I am not requesting a new reimbursement. I am simply trying to get the reimbursement we were already entitled to.
I'm hoping maybe one of the Amazon forum moderators can talk some sense into Seller Support and help get this resolved.

Hi @Seller_Zym541qWHAMbZ,
I've looked into the help pages, and here's what I found that might help explain the process. In the "Reimbursements report (overview)" section here, it mentions that approved reimbursements should appear in your account within 4-5 business days. You can track this in your Payments Dashboard under Transaction view (filter by "Other" and look for "Balance Adjustment" or "FBA Inventory Reimbursement").
What's interesting is that according to the Returns report documentation here, when you see a "Reimbursed" status, it means "a reimbursement has been approved for the unit" and should post within 5 days. Sometimes multiple reimbursements from the same day get combined into a single transaction, which might explain why you're not seeing it exactly as expected.
Hope this helps! Let us know how it goes.
Best regards, Michael

I always wonder they make it impossible to track what they actually do.
