inventory missing

Hello all

I recently sent my inventory to FBA. I got the inventory by receiving an email on 18 jan 2025 stating that "we are unloading the full shipment received into inventory can take up to 24–48 hrs". But after 4 days, I checked the status was still "checked in" in the shipment summary tab. Meanwhile, my vendor sent me the receiving slip i.e. Proof of delivery, which means the shipment is unloaded and it with fulfillment center. However, later I opened my case with Amazon help center. They asked me to provide proof of ownership and proof of delivery. Upon providing all the relevant documents, they said we were unable to continue our investigation because the documentation provided doesn’t meet one or more of the requirements for acceptance and closed the case.

Now I have no idea how I can retrieve my lost inventory.

Can any buddy help me regarding my issue ?
