Cannot access GTIN Exemption page

Hello,

I am a Professional Seller and I have paid for the Professional plan.

I am trying to list Print-on-Demand mugs using Printify, and I need to apply for a GTIN exemption.

However, I cannot access the GTIN exemption page (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gtinx), and I receive a “Not Found” or “Technical error” message.

Please help me enable GTIN exemption access for my account. Thank you very much!
