units returned from FC & marked ' defective '
Hi,
I have received back 60 units of an ASIN from the FC with a note to say they are defective ( they are absolutely fine and still in new / unopened condition )
I am annoyed by this a seller support will not provide my with a valid reason they were returned an no doubt i have been charged removal fees.
Anyone else has this, i want to try and get reimbursed the removal fee and make sure if i resend it does not happen again
