Losing Buy Box to Low Prices
We have recently been experiencing issues with re-sellers offering extremely low prices (about £0.30) for our products and then charging very high (£25) delivery.
This is winning them the buy box for a couple of hours every day, and while it seems to sort itself out after a while, it is still affecting our sales and integrity as a brand, as most customers will not check who are selling the products.
I have contacted support multiple times about this and been told that Amazon cannot stop this happening as all sellers are free to offer whichever price they choose. I also read some forums and saw that a few people had some results from contacing the Amazon Managing Director, I tried this and was told to submit an infringement report, which I did and was again told that they are unable to do anything about this.
Surely there must be a way to stop this? I would understand if a seller was just offering a more competitive price than us but they are deceiving customers by charging extortionate prices for delivery.

Hello @Seller_5ZlmDdhhsFoj2,
Thanks for posting in the Forums. I would agree that sellers are free to offer prices they choose, but I understand where you're coming from and have noted the feedback. If you do see any large discrepancies and need help correcting, feel free to provide your case ID and I'll look into it.
