AtoZ Claims, How customers keeps bypassing the Seller
How does a customer bypass us and go straight to filing an AtoZ claim without even contacting us? Please correct me if I am wrong.
- If customer has issues, they need to send the Seller
- No Response from Seller, then customer can file AtoZ Claim.
That's not happening here. We dropped off the customer package the day they order it. We have no control with USPS or UPS has possession of the package. Because the package was delay by the carrier, we are slap with an ATOZ claim.
Amazon, please try to be fair with the Seller as we are doing everything possible to stay in business.

Hello @Seller_DQpXAm949mG7R
Thank you for the information provided regarding the A-to-Z claims. I understand that you are looking to understand how claims are being filed. Per our policy, customers must contact sellers prior to filing a claim. However, there are exceptions to this if there are concerns with the shipping.
We would advise on providing details associated to the delivery to dispute the claim if you believe it to be invalid. You will want to clarify how you are shipping and provide details associated to the order and tracking.
I have gone ahead and engaged another community manager to further review this situation. Please continue to refer to this thread with any updates or questions you have.
Best,
Atlas
