Buy Shipping Only Giving Us Ground Options.....
Hello and thank you for any help. This has been an ongoing issue where we only have ground shipping options when trying to buy shipping from Amazon, only USPS ground advantage and UPS ground saver specifically. It's not just today it's always been that way and I'm not sure why, I've checked every setting I can and can't seem to find out why this is the case. For my other ecommerce business there is no issue with buying all the other multiple shipping options.
Anyone have any idea what the issue could be here?

It does happen and happens more often lately. Because you are purchasing your shipping on Amazon, it is covered by Amano's INR claims. If Amazon feels the product will not arrive within your delivery window, or the shipper is experiencing a problem, that method id omitted from showing.

When you write that "only USPS ground advantage and UPS ground saver" are available: do other options not appear at all, or do they appear with reasons they can't be purchased.
Is there a 'More Options' available button below those ground options?
