USPTO serial number not verified in amazon brand registry after more than 48 hours
I am trying to enroll in brand registry 3 days now after my application went LIVE on the USPTO website but I keep getting this error message is : "The trademark number you have entered cannot be found in the trademark office selected. If your trademark application was recently submitted, please take into consideration that it may require up to 48 hours for the change to be reflected and the synchronization with the Amazon system to be completed." It has been over 48 hours so there shouldn't be an issue verifying it."
However, the 48 h period had clealy already passed !!!! so what is the issue ?
My trademark serial number at the USPTO is 98789731.
Any help ? thanks in advance !

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and unfortunately I have seen a few of these issues in the past week, but I can help.
I have opened an internal case to investigate/add to the scale of this issue. We have experienced outages before with USPTO, they just are not common. I am sure we will have this fixed soon. Unfortunately I do not have an estimated time of how long the fix will take, but I will update you as soon as I have one.
