Any way to speak to USA based Seller Support??

I have an issue where I need to speak to a US based Seller support. I have contacted Seller Support via the Amazon page and received call backs from an East Indian based Amazon Seller Support. The three times I have called, I have a difficult time understanding the accents and it seems all they want to do is read from a script. They are not solving my issue and it is very frustrating as I am now receiving the doom and gloom Amazon emails about my account. Any suggestions?
