Monthly update: FBM fullfilment performance overview
I am using AHT, SSA, and Amazon shipping. One-day handling is automatic by default, shipped and scanned the day indicated by Amazon, which is "Next Day" .
We are basically following Amazon's instructions to the letter. It is Amazon AI the one calculating the handling time, and the transit time according to the shipping service. Then prescribing "precisely" when to ship it.
At the end of every day, you have a list of orders marked: "verge of late shipment" so you have to ship the next day because that is what every order says, the date is clearly written there. You print labels in the early hours of the morning, and just before noon, you have the USPS scan them.
I didn't set the handling time, amazon did. I didn't set the transit time, amazon did.
Quite frankly I expected a positive change,
Instead, I still get this message:
