All orders in pending status for days, waiting payment verification - FBM

Hi,

I'm a new seller and not sure what's going on but I have all my orders pending Awaiting payment verification Amazon has been unable to obtain authorization for buyer's credit card yet. why does my orders say this? I'm not using FBA, only FBM

Please Help!

The “Awaiting payment verification” or "Pending status" can take up to 21 days.

If you notice this happening frequently or orders stay Pending beyond 21 days, it could be abuse—some sellers place fake orders to hold your inventory.

In that case, report it using Amazon’s “Another seller account is attempting to harm my business” form.

A lot of times its a competitor just messing with your product availability. They know that inventory is set aside for up to 21 days. Welcome to selling on Amazon.
