Lost Buy Box for all 10,000+ of my Listings
I have lost the Featured Buy Box for all 10,000+ of my listings.
This includes listings where I'm the only seller.
Usually I get 300-400 orders per day but I only had 1 each of the last 3 days.
Does anyone know the correct fix for this. My metrics are all very good.

...and I see you have also posted on the MEGATHREAD re. loss of Featured offer. As I am sure you are aware, @Spencer_Amazon WAS supposed to looking into this, but really not sure if any further forward ??

Lost Buy Box (Featured Offer) MEGATHREAD
In this thread I ask our sellers to share the ASINs where they lost the Buy Box. I then share these ASINs with the Buy Box team who check for eligibility.
Please be aware, this team does not share the outcome with me. If you want to know if you are eligible or not, you have to open a case with Seller Support.
