Serious Issue in Amazon Email system / I can't fix my issue
Hello Amazon Team !
I have an issue with online verification video call, I have scheduled this verification call many many times and they said you will get an email 2 days prior , But I am not getting any email from Amazon at all with any meeting link or so, I have checked all my email folders like spam or junk emails but no email found from amazon.
Now I have scheduled my verification call for the 3rd or maybe 4th Time.
I have also opened the case but what I get is an automated Answer for it. which still does not fix my issue.
Please look into my issue. There might be some issue with the Amazon email system or so.

Hi @Zelbrex,
Video call updates typically come in performance notifications. You should be receiving one notification for when you first set up the call, and another with containing call details.
If you have set up a call for a future date, you may not have yet received the notification containing call details. Please continue to monitor your performance notifications for updates.
