So a customer leaves negative feedback for a SFP item shipped on time through Buy Shipping. Buy Shipping clearly offers protection against negative feedback in this case.
BUT no-one has told the feedback removal team there is protection. Their criteria excludes SFP items from protection.
Finally I got feedback removal team to refer me to the Buy Shipping team - only to find they don't respond to e-mails.
SFP team confirm negative feedback should be removed and refer me back to feedback removal team.
And we just go around in circles.
Feedback left for the item shipped on time in the tracked Buy Shipping service is:
The products are perfect BUT the 1star rating was given to draw attention to the delivery. It was left at my front door, highlighted by street light, and open to busy pedestrian traffic.To make matters worse,Hermes the deliverer, on behalf of Amazon, again lied about it given to the recipient.This is the 3rd time and I have previously informed Amazon. But obviously without effect. Seller beware.
SFP policy is clear:
Negative Customer Feedback: If you ship on time with tracking via Buy Shipping, and the buyer leaves seller feedback solely related to delayed or undelivered packages, you can request to have the feedback reviewed. If approved, the impact of the feedback is removed from your Order Defect Rate, and the buyer’s comment will be displayed with a strike-through and the statement: The fulfilment issues associated with this order were not due to the seller.
So it will never meet the criteria that the feedback team have to work with:
For your reference, Amazon will remove feedback when:
The feedback includes obscene language.
The feedback includes seller-specific, personally identifiable information.
The entire feedback comment is regarding fulfilment or customer service for an order fulfilled by Amazon.
So where do you turn when the whole of Amazon have their blinkers on?
