GPSR manufacturer and/or responsible person contact details?

Hello,

Our wholesalers/suppliers are very reluctant to provide manufacturer contact details.

To comply with GPSR, do we need to provide both manufacturer and EU responsible person contact details, or will just EU RP details suffice?

It is not going to be possible to get manufacturer details from wholesalers/suppliers.
